胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的疗效分析

目的 现察胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的疗效.方法 筛选100例初诊为2型糖尿病的住院患者,分为使用胰岛素泵强化治疗(CSII)及传统每日多次注射(MDI)胰岛素两组,比较其血糖控制水平及低血糖事件发生率.结果 胰岛素泵治疗组的平均空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后两小时血糖(2hPBG)水平及每日胰岛素用量显著低于传统治疗组,低血糖发生率也远低于传统治疗组.结论 胰岛素泵治疗更符合生理胰岛素分泌,可更快更有效地控制高血糖,提高生活质量,对血糖的稳定有积极的作用.

Efficacy of Insulin pump treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the efficacy insulin pump on treatment type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Screening 100 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients,to compare their levels of blood glucose control and the incidence of hypoglycemia,by dividing into the use of insulin pump therapy(CSII) and multiple daily injections Communication(MDI) of insulin groups.Results The average fasting blood glucose(FBG) and two-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG) levels of insulin pump therapy group are significantly lower than the traditional treatment group.Its daily insulin dose and incidence of hypoglycemia is also far lower than the traditional treatment group too.Conclusion Insulin pump therapy could be faster and more effectively control high blood sugar.It can improve quality of life and have a positive effect on the stability of blood glucose.So It is more physiological insulin secretion.
