贝那普利对充血性心力衰竭患者6分钟步行试验的影响分析

目的探讨贝那普利对充血性心力衰竭患者6分钟步行试验的影响。方法选择笔者所在医院充血性心力衰竭患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,同时给予卡托普利。观察组在常规治疗基础上给予贝那普利。观察两组患者治疗前后心功能及6分钟试验的改变情况。结果观察组治疗后左室射血分数、E/A值、6分钟步行距离分别与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利能够改善充血性心力衰竭患者活动能力,提高患者心功能,优于卡托普利,疗效显著。

Effect of benazepril on six minute walking test of patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To explore the effect of benazepril on six minute walking test of patients with congestive heart failure. Methods 80 cases with congestive heart failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups of observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine therapy of captopril. On the base of the routine treatment, benazepril was used to observation group. The change of cardiac function and six minute walking test were observed in two groups before and after treatment. Results Left ventricular ejection fraction, the value of E/A and the results of six minute walking test of observation group after treatment were compared with those of control group after treatment respectively. There was statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Benazepril can improve the activity ability of the patients with congestive heart failure and improve the cardiac function. The clinical efficacy of benazepril is significant.
