摘    要:目的研究亚低温治疗对重型颅脑损伤患者疗效及预后的影响。方法回顾性分析50例重型颅脑损伤患者,随机分为亚低温组(n=25)及常规治疗组(n=25)。亚低温组接受32℃~35℃低温治疗,常规治疗组除亚低温治疗外,其余治疗与亚低温组相同。比较两组的颅内压(ICP)、并发症及预后的差异。结果亚低温治疗组伤后ICP显著低于常规治疗组(P<0.01)。应激性溃疡、肝肾功能异常和外伤性癫痫的发生率显著低于常规治疗组(P<0.01)。预后显著好于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温治疗能显著降低重型颅脑损伤患者的高颅压,减少并发症,改善预后和提高生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of mild hyperthermia on the patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: mild hyperthermia group(n=25) and routine treatment group(n=25).Cases in mild hyperthermia group were combined routine treated with and while cases in mild hypertheermia group combining 32℃~35℃ mild hyperthermia treament with routine treatment.We examined the intracranial pressure(ICP),complication and outcome and compared the difference between the two groups.Result Not only the ICP but also the incidence of stress ulcer,liver and kidney dysfunction and traumatic epilepsy in mild hyperthermia group were significantly lower than those in the routine treatment group(P<0.01)Conclusion It seems that the mild hyperthermia can significant reduce ICP and complications.It is beneficial to improve outcome and quality of life.
