| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨尿液微量白蛋白(mAlb)和视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)在糖尿病肾病患者中的诊断价值。方法:采用免疫透射比浊法检测糖尿病肾病患者尿液中的尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)和视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP),并在尿液分析仪上检测蛋白定性试验,以正常健康体检为对照组,进行对比分析。结果显示,糖尿病肾病患者中尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)。结果:高于正常对照组;且尿蛋白阳性组高于阴性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:早期检测尿微量白蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白,对糖尿病肾病诊断有着指导意义。

| Abstract: | To explore the significance of urine micro-albumin and retinal binding protein in the diagnosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy.The urine micro-albumin and retinal binding protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy and healthy controls were measured by using immune turbidimetry and urine analyzer.The results showed that the urine micro-albumin and retinal binding protein in patient with diabetes nephropathy were significantly higher than that of normal control group (P< 0.01).Early detection of urine micro-albumin and retinal binding protein might have importance in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. |
