埃索美拉唑联合西沙比利治疗老年反流性食管炎疗效分析

目的探讨老年反流性食管炎应用埃索美拉唑联合西沙比利治疗的疗效。方法选择2009年1月～2011年12月住院治疗的老年反流性食管炎患者63例随机分为观察组(n=32)与对照组(n=31)。对照组给予埃索美拉唑20mg口服,2次/d。观察组在对照组基础上再口服西沙比利10mg,3次/d。两组均治疗2个月后观察比较两组患者食管炎愈合情况及临床疗效。结果观察组内镜下食管炎愈合率为81.25%,对照组内镜下食管炎愈合率为64.52%,两组愈合率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组显效21例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率为90.63%;对照组显效15例,有效7例,无效9例,总有效率为70.97%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年反流性食管炎应用埃索美拉唑联合西沙比利治疗疗效显著,是临床选择的理想药物。

Effect of esomeprazole combined with cisapride in treating elderly patients with reflux esophagitis

Objective To investigate the effect of esomeprazole combined with cisapride on the treatment of reflux esophagitis in elderly patients. Methods 63 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from Jan 2009 to Dec 2011 were randomly diveided into observation group (n=32)and control group(n=31). The control group was treated with esomeprazole 20 mg,bid and the observation group was treated with cisapride 10 mg,tid based on the control group. After 2 months,endoscopy and clinical effect were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After 2 months of treatment,the healing rate in endoscopy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.25% and 64.52%,P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.63% and 70.97%,P < 0.05). Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with cisapride is highly effective in the treatment of reflux esophagitis in elderly patients.
