纤维桩核与陶瓷桩核分别治疗磨牙残根残冠的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨纤维桩核与陶瓷桩核分别治疗磨牙残根残冠疗效。方法通过分析笔者所在医院收治的磨牙残根残冠患者60例临床资料,依据桩核修复材料不同分为分为纤维桩核组30例和陶瓷桩核组30例。结果两组磨牙残根残冠保存修复成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纤维桩核与陶瓷桩核分别治疗磨牙残根残冠成功率均较高,效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To approach curative effect of residual root and residual crown of premolar teeth by fiber post core and ceramic post and core. Methods To analyze 60 cases clinical data of residual root and residual crown of premolar teeth patients in the author’s hospital,which was to be divided into fiber post core group 30 cases and ceramic post and core group 30 cases. Results The save repair success rate of two groups residual root and residual crown of premolar teeth were no difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of residual root and residual crown of premolar teeth by fiber post core and ceramic post and core were high and obvious effect,which was to be used.
