腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的比较研究

目的比较腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法选取笔者所在医院100例宫外孕患者随机分为A组和B组,每组50例,A组采用腹腔镜B组和开腹手术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果 100例患者经积极治疗后均有所好转出院,其中A组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间等,均明显优于B组患者,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠具有时间短、术中出血量小、平均住院天数少、术后恢复快等优点,值得临床推广。

Compare the treatment effect of laparoscopic and laparotomy for ectopic pregnancy

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were randomLy divided into group A and group B, each group of 50 cases, group A used the laparoscopic and group B used laparotomy for treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results The treatment results of 100 patients were batter and leaved the hospital after treatment. The operative time, blood loss, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time of group A were better than group B, The difference of two groups was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy has a short time, blood loss, the average hospitalization days less, rapid recovery advantages worthy of promotion.
