| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨激素联合球后放射治疗治疗甲状腺相关眼病的疗效.方法 收集2002年1月～2007年1月我科治疗的187例(374只眼)确诊有甲亢,病程少于1年的甲状腺相关眼病患者,全部双眼发病,对187例(374只眼)甲状腺相关眼病患者采用直线加速器和Donaldson眼眶外照射法,照射野大小为4cm×5cm,放疗总剂量为20Gy,治疗分10次,每次2Gy.放射治疗期间同时口服泼尼松剂量为60mg 1次/d,1周,放疗结束后随访3个月、半年、1年、3年.结果 眼突回退率(≥2mm)为87.7％ (328/374)、睑裂高度缩小(≥2mm)率为88.8％ (238/268),眼胀、畏光、流泪等自觉症状好转.结论 激素联合球后放射治疗是治疗甲状腺相关眼病的一种有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effectiveness of radiation therapy combined with oral glucocorticoids in patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy.Methods 187 patients(374 eyes) with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy were treated with radiation therapy combined with oral glucocorticoids.Following up the patients for 3 months to 3 years.Results All patients had subjective improvement in the symptom of pain,photophobia,and tearing.The degree of proptosis was improved.Conclusion Radiation therapy combined with oral glucocorticoidss effective in thyroid associated ophthalmopathy. |
