不同手术方式在甲状腺癌根治术中的临床效果分析

目的探讨分析不同手术方式在甲状腺癌根治术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2001年1月～2011年8月笔者所在医院以及江西省肿瘤医院共收治的甲状腺癌患者60例,将其随机分为两组,其中30例为对照组实施常规手术方式行颈部"L"形切口,剩余30例为治疗组行颈部低位延长领式切口,比较两组的手术情况以及术后并发症发生率。结果治疗组手术切口长度明显短于实验组,治疗组的术后继发出血发生率明显低于对照组,手术切口隐蔽,更加美观,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低位延长领式切口的甲状腺癌根治术相对于常规"L"切口短,术后继发出血低,有助于患者术后功能恢复和美观,同时也能达到切除清扫目的 ,值得在临床上推广。

Clinical effects of treating thyroid cancer by different surgical programme

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different surgical programs in the radical resection of thyroid cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of thyroid cancer patients were treated in our hospital from January 2001 to 2011 in August,and education in the Jiangxi Province Tumor Hospital for one year,were randomly divided into two groups,including 30 cases of the control group received conventional surgery program line the neck "L"-shaped incision,and the remaining 30 cases extend the treatment group underwent neck low collar incision,two groups were compared surgical and postoperative complication rate. Results The incision length was significantly shorter than the experimental group,the treatment group of postoperative secondary bleeding rate was significantly lower than the control group,the incision is hidden, more beautiful,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The low extended collar incision thyroid cancer radical surgery compared to the conventional "L"and a short incision,postoperative secondary bleeding,and help patients with postoperative functional recovery and beautiful,but also to achieve the purpose of removal of cleaning,it is worth in clinical on promotion.
