子宫缝合术联合欣母沛治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的临床研究

目的探讨子宫缝合术联合欣母沛治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的方法和效果。方法回顾性分析笔者所在科室2009年3月～2011年3月收治的有产后出血的60例患者,对照组28例行常规子宫缝合术,实验组32例联合欣母沛治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的E2、FSH、潮热评分、子宫内膜厚度等临床指标,出血时间、出血量等出血变化。结果治疗后,实验组的临床指标与出血变化较对照组改善明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用子宫缝合术联合欣母沛治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血,可有效改善患者的临床指征,减少出血时间,控制出血量,值得推广。

Clinical observation of uterine suture combining with carboprost tromethamine injection in the treatment of uterine contraction atony postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To explore the methods and effects of uterine suture combining with carboprost tromethamine injection for uterine contraction atony postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 60 cases with postpartum hemorrhage in our department from March 2009 to March 2011 were retrospective analyzed.The control group of 28 cases were treated with conventional uterine suturing,and the experimental group of 32 cases were treated with uterine suture combining with carboprost tromethamine injection.Compared the clinical indicators changes of two groups before and after the treatment,such as E 2,FSH,hot flashes ratings,endometrial thickness of clinical index,bleeding time,blood loss and so on.Results The clinical index and bleeding changes of the experimental group were improved after treatment,there were statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Uterine suture combining with carboprost tromethamine injection in the treatment of uterine contraction atony postpartum hemorrhage can effectively improve the clinical indications,reduce the bleeding time,and control the amount of bleeding.It is worthy of promotion.
