杂合肾脏替代治疗鱼胆中毒合并急性肾损伤患者疗效的研究

目的 本研究旨在观察杂合肾脏替代治疗(hybrid renal replacement therapy,HRRT)在鱼胆中毒致急性肾损伤(AKI)中的应用效果.方法 回顾分析以HRRT方法治疗我科今年收治的8例鱼胆中毒患者,HRRT采用持续缓慢低效血液透析(sustained low-efficiency dialysis,SLED)联合血液灌流(HP)的模式.分别进行3～5次的治疗.观察患者治疗前后相关指标变化.结果 8例患者经HRRT治疗后,相关指标明显改善,肾功能均完全恢复.结论 鱼胆中毒所致严重并发症AKI早期积极采用SLED联合HP治疗能获得满意疗效.

Hybrid renal replacement therapy in acute fish bile poisoning with acute kidney injury

Objective The aim of this study is to observe the effect of hybrid renal replacement therapy with hemoperfusion on acute fish bile poisoning with acute kidney injury.Methods We designed a retrospective analysis which enrolled eight patients who developed AKI after acute fish bile poisoning and treated with HRRT 3-5 times this year in our department.The patients were observed before and after treatment indexes to change.Resuts All patients had a sharp improvement in all index of correlation after therapy,their renal function recovery.Conclusion AKI is a severe complication of acute fish bile poisoning,and active SLED+HP as early intervention can bring significant benefits.
