| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨纤维固位夹板在牙周病松动牙治疗中的应用。方法:在全面牙周基础治疗的基础上,采用固位纤维加树脂制作牙周夹板治疗下颌前牙牙周病松动牙共15例、20颗患牙,并在完成牙周夹板固定后1、3和6个月复诊。结果:纤维固位技术能够保存下颌前牙牙周病松动牙,控制牙周病和恢复咀嚼功能。结论:纤维固位夹板可作为下颌前牙牙周病松动牙治疗的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of new type technique to fix periodontal loose teeth.Methods:With the initial periodontal therapy,the 20 mandibular anterior loosing teeth of 15 periodontal patients were treated with retention fiber and resin flow.Results:After 1 to 6 months of return visit,the technique can reserve the mandibular anterior loosing teeth,control the develop of periodontitis and regain masticatory function.Conclusions:The technique to fix periodontal loose teeth with retention fiber and resin flow is effective. |
