丹红注射液对断肢再植缺血再灌注后心肌损伤的保护作用

目的评价丹红注射液对断肢再植缺血再灌注后心肌损伤的保护作用。方法 80例断肢再植患者随机分为对照组和丹红组,每组40例。两组患者给予常规断肢再植治疗。丹红组在常规治疗基础上于术中再植后动脉开放前给予丹红注射液治疗,而对照组未给予丹红注射液治疗。分别于术前(T1)、术中再灌注后30min(T2)、术后24h(T3)、48h(T4),72h时(T5)共5个时点采集中心静脉血,检测两组血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化。结果对照组血清CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH、HBDH及MDA含量于T2时点已开始上升,之后呈逐渐升高趋势(P<0.05);而丹红组各时点血清CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH、HBDH及MDA含量变化波动不明显。两组在T2、T3、T4、T5时点血清CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH、HBDH及MDA含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论断肢再植会导致缺血再灌注继发的心肌损伤,丹红注射液对防治肢体缺血再灌注继发的心肌损伤有一定作用。

Effect of danhong injection on protecting the myocardial injury in limb replantation

Objective To evaluate the effect of danhong injection on protecting the myocardial injury in limb replantation.Methods 80 cases with epipodite replantation were randomly divided into control group(treated without danhong injection),Danhong group(treated with danhong injection).At five time points(pre-operation,30 minutes after intra-operative reperfusion and post-operative 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours),blood samples were collected from the superior vena cava to assay the levels of CK,CK-MB,AST,LDH,HBDH and MDA respectively.Results The levels of serum CK,CK-MB,AST,LDH,HBDH and MDA in control group increased significantly(P<0.05) at five time points,but those in Danhong group did not obviously increased,which was significantly different from that in control group from T2 to T5(P<0.05).Conclusion The myocardium injury will be following limb ischemia-reperfusion.Danhong injection showed the effect on protecting the myocardial injury in limb replantation.
