| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科大出血的临床效果.方法 对16例妇产科大出血的患者(10例产后大出血,2例胎盘植入,4例晚期宫颈癌出血),应用Seldinger技术,采用明胶海绵颗粒行子宫动脉栓塞治疗(其中2例胎盘植入和4例宫颈癌患者栓塞前先行化学药物灌注).结果 全部患者选择性插管成功,及时止血,无严重并发症.结论 子宫动脉栓塞术是急诊治疗妇产科大出血的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical outcome of uterine arterical embolization(UAE) in treatment of gynecological massive.Methods Sixteen patients of serious hemorrhage(10 Patients with postpartum hemorrhage,2 patiends uith placenta increta,4 Patients with terminal cervical cancer) hemorrhage were emlolizooted with gelation spenge and particale of bilateral vterine artery by seldinger’s technigue(Infusion of chemotherapeutics was performed on 2 cases of plactenta increta and 4 case of terminal cervical cancer hemorrhage before embolism).Results The selecfive intubaffon to Uterine artery succeeded in all cases,The hemorrhage is stopped promptly,no serfouse complication was observed.Conclusion The UAE is a effective method in emergency treatment of gynecological massive hemorrhage |
