腹腔镜手术对卵巢囊肿剥除术患者卵巢储备功能的影响

目的探讨腹腔镜手术对卵巢囊肿剥除术患者卵巢储备功能的影响。方法选择腹腔镜手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者86例,对患者术前术后卵巢激素水平及术后储备功能进行比较分析。结果与术前相比,患者FSH术后1个月和术后3个月均明显升高,LH术后1个月明显升高,E2术后1个月明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。11.63%(10/86)患者卵巢储备功能下降,无卵巢功能衰竭患者,其余88.37%(76/86)患者卵巢功能正常。结论在腹腔镜手术中,避免长时间的反复电凝,尽量保留正常组织,对降低卵巢储备功能下降具有重要意义。

Effect of ovarian reserve function of laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cyst stripping patients

Objective To probe into the effect of ovarian reserve function of laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cyst stripping patients.Methods Selecting 86 laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts patients in the hospital.The preoperative and postoperative ovarian hormone levels and postoperative functional reserve of patients were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with preoperative,FSH was significantly increased after 1 month and 3 months postoperatively.LH was significantly increased after 1 month postoperatively.E 2 was significantly reduced after 1 month postoperatively.There were all significant differences(P < 0.05).There was 11.63%(10/86)of ovarian reserve patients with ovarian failure decreased,no patients with ovarian failure,and 88.37%(76/86)patients with normal ovarian function.Conclusion In laparoscopic surgery,to avoid a long period of repeated coagulation,keeping the normal tissue,it has a great significance to reduce the ovarian reserve decline.
