普米克令舒治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效和不良反应分析

目的分析小儿支原体肺炎的临床治疗中使用普米克令舒的效果和不良反应。方法选取笔者所在医院自2011年1~12月所收治的支原体肺炎患儿40例为研究对象,进行编号,编号较前的20例为AM组,使用阿奇霉素;编号较后的20例为实验组,使用阿奇霉素的同时给予普米克令舒,评价各组疗效并分析不良反应。结果实验组较AM组的临床疗效明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组较AM组的实验室疗效明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AM组5例(25%)出现不良反应,实验组3例(15%)出现不良反应,主要症状为头晕和胃肠不适。结论小儿支原体肺炎的临床治疗中应在抗感染的基础上使用普米克令舒。

Analysis of clinical efficacy and adverse effects of pulmicort respules in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reaetions of children with mycoplasma pneumonia in the used of pulmicort respules. Methods 40 cases of the author’s hospital from January to December 2011 were admitted to the MP children case study carried out number, number higher than before the 20 cases for the AM group, the use of azithromycin; ID higher than after the 20 cases of analysis section, the use of azithromycin given to pulmicort respules, evaluation of each group efficacy and analysis of adverse reactions. Results Analysis section than the clinical efficacy of AM group of significantly (P < 0.05), difference is remarkable; analysis group than the AM group of laboratory efficacy significantly (P < 0.05), difference is remarkable; AM group 5 cases of (25%) appearance adverse reactions, analysis of three cases (15%) adverse reactions, the main symptoms of dizziness and gastrointestinal discomfort. Conclusion The clinical treatments of children with mycoplasma pneumonia on the basis of the anti-infective use pulmicort respules.
