经鼻内镜手术治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎64例分析

目的 探讨经鼻内镜手术治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及安全性.方法 2008年5月~2011年5月我院收治老年慢性鼻窦炎患者64例,其中合并糖尿病23例、低危组高血压25例,所有患者均经相关内科治疗病情稳定后,在鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎,术后抗感染、鼻内镜下清理鼻腔分泌物、血痂.结果 术后随访6个月,治愈40例(62.5%),好转18例(28%),无效6例(9.4%).结论 经鼻内镜手术治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎治疗效果良好、并发症少,个体化手术处理配合内科综合治疗是提高治愈率的关键.

Treatrment of chronic sinusitis 64 cases with nasal endoscopy

Objective To study the endoscopic surgical treatment of chronic sinusitis and factors.Methods May 2008~May 2011 in our hospital 64 patients with chronic sinusitis,in which 23 cases of diabetes,hypertension in 25 cases of low-risk group,all patients were related to medical treatment in stable condition after endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis,postoperative antibiotics,endoscopic cleaning nasal secretions,blood scab.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months,40 cases cured,18 cases improved,6 cases invalid.Conclusion Endoscopic surgery of chronic sinusitis treatment to good effect,fewer complications,surgical treatment with the individual comprehensive medical treatment is the key to improving the cure rate.
