非手术治疗外伤性脾破裂疗效探讨

目的探讨外伤性脾破裂非手术治疗的可行性及其适应证。方法回顾性分析我院47例非手术治疗脾破裂患者的临床资料。结果 47例脾破裂患者,治疗成功44例,成功率为93.6%。另3例(6.4%)转手术治疗,全部患者均痊愈出院。随访6～12个月,脾破裂完全愈合,脾脏形态基本正常,无并发症。结论严格把握适应证的情况下对外伤性脾破裂实施保脾非手术治疗是一种安全有效的治疗手段,但是治疗过程中需密切监测。

The study of treatment efficacy in splenic rupture using non-surgical way

Objective To explore the feasibility and indications of non-surgical treatment in splenic traumatic rupture.Methods The clinical data of 47 cases of splenic rupture patients by non-surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results 44 cases(93.6%) succeeded with treatment;the other 3 cases(6.4%) switch surgery,all patients were cured.Followed up for 6 to 12 months,the splenic rupture healed with normal morphology and no complications.Conclusion The spleen-preserving non-surgical treatment of splenic rupture by strictly implement indications was a safe and effective treatment;however,close monitoring was necessary during treatment.
