| 摘 要： | 目的通过DSA探讨晚期产后出血的原因和介入治疗的价值。方法对27例晚期产后出血患者行双侧子宫动脉造影及介入栓塞治疗。结果所有患者经介入栓塞治疗后均取得满意止血效果,术后随访均无再次出血。结论子宫动脉造影可以明确晚期产后出血的原因,介入栓塞治疗晚期产后出血具有疗效快,安全性高,损伤小,易为患者接受等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes of late postpartum hemorrhage and the value of interventional therapy by DSA.Methods 27 cases of late postpartum hemorrhage received bilateral uterine artery angiography and embolization.ResultsThe embolization treatment of all patients achieved satisfactory hemostasis,and postoperative follow-up showed no further bleeding.Conclusion Uterine artery angiography can show the causes of late postpartum hemorrhage.Embolization has a good efficacy and it is a safety treatment of bleeding caused by cesarean section which easily accepted by patients. |
