艾滋病患者合并弓形虫感染状况研究

目的了解艾滋病患者合并弓形虫感染状况及其对艾滋病疾病进展的影响。方法以278例在我院住院的艾滋病确诊患者为研究对象,采集外周血,分离血浆,通过弓形虫核酸扩增(PCR)实验检测弓形虫DNA。同时检测CD+4T淋巴细胞和血浆病毒载量的水平。结果在278例艾滋病患者中合并弓形虫感染者8例,感染率为2.88%,其中87.5%的患者主要存在于CD+4T淋巴细胞低于50/μl的艾滋病感染者中。合并弓形虫感染者的CD+4T淋巴细胞低于HIV单一感染者,而病毒载量则呈相反趋势。结论对艾滋病患者的管理,在监测CD+4T淋巴细胞的同时,应加强监测弓形虫的混合感染,可结合CD+4T淋巴细胞计数对患者进行预防性服药,降低混合感染造成的死亡。

Study on co-infection with toxoplasma among HIV-Infected individuals

Objective To investigate co-infection with toxoplasma among HIV-infected individuals,and its impact on HIV disease progression.Methods 278 cases of HIV infected were treated at the center as subjects,Blood samples were collected,PCR detect Toxoplasma DNA and to test toxoplasma infection with ELISA method and CD+4T cells and plasma viral load were measured simultaneously as indicators of progress of HIV/AIDS.Results Of 278 cases of HIV infected,8 individuals were confirmed as co-infected with toxoplasma(2.88%).The 87.5% of patients with HIV/Toxoplasma co-infection had lower CD+4T cells counts,but higher plasma viral load,especially when the patients had CD+4T cells near or below 50 cells/μl,though the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Our study suggests that the management of AIDS patients should also include monitoring of life threatening AIDS related co-infection such as toxoplasma e preventive medication combined with CD+4T lymphocyte count in order to reduce deaths caused by this co-infection.
