人附睾蛋白4对卵巢癌的早期诊断价值

目的观察血清人附睾分泌蛋白4对于卵巢癌患者的诊断价值。方法实验分为3组:卵巢癌患者、卵巢良性疾病患者和健康对照者,分别采用ELISA方法和化学发光方法对血清中的HE4水平和CA125水平进行检测。结果卵巢癌患者血清中HE4和CA125的含量均高于卵巢良性疾病组和健康对照组;卵巢癌患者HE4的敏感度及特异度高于CA125;联合应用HE4和CA125的诊断特异性和灵敏度均高于两者单独使用,以上各个指标的比较差异均具有统计学意义。结论对于卵巢癌患者而言,联合应用HE4和CA125能够提高诊断的特异性和灵敏度,对于疾病的早期诊断具有很大的辅助作用。

Early diagnostic value of human epididymis protein 4 on ovarian cancer

Objective To study the diagnostic value of serum human epididymis protein 4 for patients with ovarian cancer. Methods The cases were divided into three groups:patients with ovarian cancer,benign ovarian disease patients and healthy control subjects,respectively,using ELISA and chemiluminescence method to detect the H-E4,the level of serum CA125 levels. Results The content of HE4 and CA125 in the serum of patients with ovarian cancer were higher than benign ovarian disease and healthy control group;HE4’s sensitivity and specificity of ovarian cancer patients than of CA125;combination of HE4 and CA125 diagnostic specificity and sensitivity arehigher than the two alone,various indicators of the above differences were statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with ovarian cancer,the combination of HE4 and CA125 can improve the diagnostic specificity and sensitivity for the early diagnosis,and played an great supporting role.
