114例急性脑梗死患者合并肺部感染的护理

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者合并肺部感染的护理。方法笔者所在医院2011年5月～2012年3月共收治急性脑梗死患者468例,其中并发肺部感染的患者114例,对其进行心理、口腔、饮食、心理等全方位的护理,统计患者的治疗效果和复发情况。结果本组急性脑梗死合并肺部感染的患者中,治愈105例,占92.1%,14d内复发3例,占2.6%。结论通过对急性脑梗死合并肺部感染的患者实施全方位的护理,可以有效提高患者的治愈率,降低复发率,从而提高患者生活质量。

Nursing of 114 patients with acute cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection

Objective To discuss the nursing experience of patients with acute cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection. Methods Enrolled 468 patients with acute cerebral infarction from May 2011 to March 2012. 114 of them were accompanied with pulmonary infection and received the all-round nursing of physiology, mouth, dieting and psychology and made statistics of treatment effect and recurrence. Results Among 114 patients with acute cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection, 105 of them were cured, occupying the proportion of 92.1%;3 of them were recurred within 14 days, occupying the proportion of 2.6%. Conclusion The all-round nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection can effectively increase the cure rate, reduce the recurrence rate and thus promote the life quality.
