有限内固定加外固定支架治疗92例肱骨干粉碎性骨折患者临床分析

目的 探讨有限内固定加外固定支架治疗92例肱骨干粉碎性骨折患者临床疗效.方法 本实验选取了184例2009年5月~2011年11月在我科室进行治疗的肱骨干粉碎性骨折患者为对象进行研究,把所有患者分为92例治疗组(限内固定加外固定支架组)和92例对照组(单纯外固定支架组),统计及比较各组患者的骨折愈合情况和第1个月、第3个月、第6个月的恢复情况以及感染率、住院时间和满意度情况.结果 治疗组患者的骨折愈合情况和第1个月、第3个月、第6个月的恢复情况以及感染率、住院时间和满意度情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 有限内固定联合外固定支架的方法治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折患者的临床效果好,有利于患者的术后恢复,同时也提高了患者对治疗效果的满意度,因此建设在肱骨干粉碎性骨折患者中广泛使用.

The clinical analysis of limited internal fixation and external fixation for 92 cases with humeral shaft fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of limited internal fixation and external fixation for 92 cases with humeral shaft fractures.Methods 184 cases for treatment of humeral shaft fracture from May 2010 to November 2011 in my department were chosen as the research object.All patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 92 cases(within the limits fixed plus the external fixator group) and control group of 92 cases(simple external fixator group).The fracture healing and recovery and infection rate,length of stay and satisfaction with the situation for the first month,third month,the first six months for each group were taken for statistics and comparison.Results The fracture healing and recovery and infection rates,length of stay and satisfaction with the situation for the first month,third month,the first six months of the observation group were better than the control group,P<0.05,there was significant difference.Conclusion The clinical effect of the application of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation methods for patients with humeral fracture is better.It helps the patient′s postoperative recovery and improve the satisfaction of the patients,it is proposed the widely used for patients with humeral shaft fracture.
