情景模拟对提高骨科护理安全管理的效果探讨

目的探讨使用情景模拟的方法对提高骨科护理安全管理的有效性。方法将2010年4月~2012年3月作为本次实验的实验阶段。其中2010年4月~2011年3月为对照阶段,骨科护理安全管理采用常规的安全文化宣教、护理技能考核等方法。2011年4月~2012年3月为观察阶段,在骨科护理安全管理工作中采用情景模拟方法与常规方法联合。观察对比两阶段护理质量、护理不良事件发生率及患者满意度。结果观察阶段护理质量均高于对照阶段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察阶段护理差错共发生5例,对照阶段发生17例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察阶段患者满意度高于对照阶段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用情景模拟方法能够提高顾客安全管理效果,降低不良事件发生率,是一种较好的方法。

Scenario simulation efficacy in the improvement of security management of orthopedic care

Objective To explore the efficacy of scenario simulation in the improvement of security management of orthopedic care. Methods The period from April 2010 to March 2012 was selected as the experimental phase of this experiment. Of this ,the period from April 2010 to March 2011 was as the control phase, orthopedic care safety management used routine safety culture missionary, nursing skills assessment and so on. The period from April 2011 to March 2012 was as the observation phase, orthopedic care safety management used routine methods and scenario simulation. Observed and compared the care quality, care adverse events incidence and patients’ satisfaction of the two phases. Results The care quality in the observation phase was higher than it in the control phase (P < 0.05);in the observation phase there had 5 cases with care errors, in the control phase there had 17 cases with care errors, there had significant difference(P < 0.05); The patients’ satisfaction in the observation phase was higher than it in the control phase(P < 0.05). Conclusion Scenario simulation can improve the security management efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse events, it is a better method.
