| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理在改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量方面的体会。方法选取笔者所在医院2010年4月～2011年3月老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者100例,随机分成两组,观察组采用心理护理和常规护理,对照组采用常规护理,采用COPD患者生活质量调查表进行比较。结果观察组治疗1个月后的生活质量明显好于对照组。结论常规护理的基础上给予心理护理对改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the experience of psychological nursing on the improvement of life quality of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in the author’s hospital from April 2010 to March 2011 were selected and divided into two groups.The observation group was given psychological nursing and conventional nursing. The control group was given conventional nursing.Patients of two groups all applied COPD patients quality of life questionnaire organized to evaluate and compare. Results The life quality of treatment after one month,the observation group was better evidently than the control group. Conclusion Routine nursing and psychological nursing have a better effect on the improvement of life quality of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. |
