| 摘 要： | 为提高隐蔽性肺结核诊断率。对１２例胸片隐蔽性肺结核临床、Ｘ线、ＣＴ等特点进行分析。胸部Ｘ线难以发现或显示不清楚，常常延误诊断；而胸部ＣＴ薄层横断面能早期发现病灶，有利于及时诊治。认为对临床可疑隐蔽性肺结核应早期行ＣＴ扫描

| Abstract: | To improve the diagnosis of concealed pulmonary tuberculosis,the author reported 12 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and clinically analysed their roentgenographic and CT features.Because the tuberculosis foci exist in the concealed position they can not be discovered easily or showed clearly,as a result,there will often be a delayed diagnosis.The thin layer cross section of chest CT can discover the foci early,and advantage diagnosis and treatment in time,Conclusion:The clinical suspicious concealed pulmonary tuberculosis should be scanned early by chest CT. |
