不同剂量舒芬太尼诱导对心率变异性和脑电双频指数的影响

目的分析不同剂量舒芬太尼在全麻诱导对心率变异性和脑电双频指数的影响。方法回顾分析我院2009年1～12月间的30例应用舒芬太尼复合异丙酚全身麻醉患者的临床资料。结果各组气管插管操作均在1min内完成,均未见胸壁肌肉僵直发生。Ⅰ～Ⅲ组基础值比较均无明显差异;各组在麻醉诱导后各观察时点的脑电双频指数（BIS）值均低于基础值。插管前和插管即刻和插管后1、3、5minⅢ组BIS值均明显低于I组。术后随访病人均无术中知晓。诱导和插管期间各组心率变异性（HRV）无明显变化。结论不同剂量的舒芬太尼对气管插管引起血流动力学改变有差别,0.5～1.0μg/kg舒芬太尼更适合临床麻醉诱导。
