摘    要:目的:探讨氯沙坦对高脂饮食兔血管损伤后胰岛素抵抗(IR)的干预作用。方法:对36只高脂饮食免行髂动脉内膜剥脱术,术前、术后分别测定血胰岛素(INS)、血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,并计算胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)代替IR程度。结果:INS术后4周和8周较术前升高;ISI呈下降趋势;经氯沙坦干预后,胰岛素和ISI维持在术前水平。结论:氯沙坦能预防高脂饮食兔髂动脉内膜剥脱术后的高胰岛素血症和IR。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of losartan on insulin resistance in hyperlipidemic rabbits after iliac arteries injury.Methods Endothelial debridement of the iliac arteries were undertaken in 36 male white rabbits,which were on athergenic diet.The serum insulin, glucose,total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein were measured before and 4 weeks and 8 weeks after balloon injury of iliac arteries.The insulin index was obtained by calculation.Results Serum levels of insulin and insulin index were significantly increased in control groups after 4 and 8 weeks after balloon injury;while serum levels of insulin and insulin index were not changed in losartan group compared with those before balloon injury.Conclusion The rabbits on athergenic diet undergone balloon injury in the iliac arteries resulted in insulin resistance, and the high levels of serum insulin and insulin index can be inhibited by administration of losartan.
