| 摘 要： | 为了选择消毒时间短，消毒效果好，且无毒副反应的外科洗手消毒液，分别采用75%酒精，安尔碘，术必泰，洛本清消毒液用于术前1570人次的外科洗手，结果显示；洛本清组所用的时间短，消毒效果最好，其次是术必泰组，提示：洛本清用于外科术前洗手效果较好。

| Abstract: | In order to chose a short-time, good-efficacy, less side-effect hand washing disinfection solution for surgeons, 75% alcohol, Anerdian, Shubitai, and Luobenqing disinfection solutions were used respectively to wash hands before operation in 1 570 surgeries. Results showed that of Luobenqing group, which need a shorter time,had the best disinfection effect, and the second was Shubitai group. Suggested that as a disinfectant, Luobenqing have the best effect for hand washing before operations. |
