非肥胖非糖尿病高血压患者伴发非酒精性脂肪性肝病的危险因素分析

目的探讨非肥胖、非糖尿病的原发性高血压(EH)患者伴发非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的患病率及其危险因素。方法 325例非肥胖、非糖尿病型EH患者住院期间经腹部超声检查和采集病史筛查NAFLD,观察其患病率、肝功酶学异常的比例及其危险因素。结果非肥胖、非糖尿病EH患者伴发NAFLD患者发生率为28.0%(91/325)。NAFLD组男性高于非NAFLD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析中,男性是非肥胖、非糖尿病EH患者NAFLD的独立危险因素。结论非肥胖、非糖尿病EH患者伴NAFLD的发生与性别密切相关,男性是其独立危险因素。

Analysis for risk factor of incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with non-obese and non-diabetic essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the risk factor and incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （ NAFLD） in patients with non-obese and non-diabetic essential hypertension EH .Methods The 325 patients with non-obese and non-diabetic EH were enrolled in the study .All the patients underwent abdominal ultrasound examination for tscreening NAFLD ,and the incidence of NAFLD ,liver function enzyme abnormality and risk factors were observed and analyzed .Results Among the 325 patients,the incidence of NAFLD was 28.0%（91/325）, and males were significantly more than females （ P 〈0.05）.The multifactor Logistic regression analysis showed that male was independent risk factor of incidence of NAFLD in patients with non -obese and non-diabetic EH . Conclusion The pathogenesis of NAFLD in patients with non-obese and non-diabetic EH is closely correlated to sex,moreover,male is independent risk factor of incidence of NAFLD .
