激光和冷冻手术为主治疗体表恶性肿瘤

目的与方法：本文报告了应用激光或／和冷冻手术为主治疗各种体表恶性肿瘤６６例；结果：表明激光、冷冻手术对这些恶性肿瘤的治疗具有明显的优势，对绝大多数皮肤癌可通过１￣２次激光凝固气化术而痊愈，并保证了受螺器官的功能和美容的要求；结论：冷冻对较大癌癌患者，特别浊恶性黑色素瘤患者疗效更佳，冷冻后或冷冻瘤苗埋藏术后激发的冷冻免疫效应对防止恶性肿瘤的复发转移，消除已有的转移灶有着重要意义。

THE TREATMENT OF SURFACE MALIGNANT TUMORS MAINLY WITH LASER AND CRYOSURGERY

Objective and method: The report that 66 cases with surface malignant tumor were treated with laser and/or cryosurgery.Result:The results showed that laser and cryosurgery took significantly advantageous to these tumors,the most of patients could recorder from the skin cancer after laser coagulation and vaporzation for 1 or 2 times ,which ensured the function of invaded organs and request of cosmetology.Conclusion:Cryosurgery had better effect of treatment on large tumors,especially to malignant melanomo.The stimulated immunological effect through cryosurgery or cryodeactivated tumor vacine had important significance to prevent malignant tumors from recuring and transfering,and eliminating transfered tumors.
