基于数据挖掘《中医方剂大辞典》治疗不育症用药规律探讨

目的分析《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗不育症药物,为中医临床用药提供指导。方法统计《中医方剂大辞典》收录治疗不育症的药物,分别查出其性味归经,运用Excel、Spss 22.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape 3.6.1、复杂系统熵聚类等统计学方法对数据进行统计分析。结果共筛选114首治疗不育症方剂,涉及中药179味。统计出使用高频药物及其性味归经,根据高频药物的关联规则分析,得到药对配伍规则。通过熵层次聚类挖掘新处方5首。结论《中医方剂大辞典》收录治疗不育方剂组方以补肾健脾养血为要务,对于当代医家在临床上辨证施治用药有着一定的指导意义。

Discussion on the medication law for infertility in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions based on data mining

Objective To analyze the medication law for infertility in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,in order to provide guidance for clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Statistical analysis was made on the drugs for infertility included in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,and their flavor and meridian tropism were found out respectively.Data were analyzed statistically by Excel,Spss 22.0,Weka 3.8,Cytoscape 3.6.1,and complex system entropy clustering.Results A total of 114 prescriptions for infertility were screened,involving 179 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.High-frequently used drugs and their flavor and meridian tropism were analyzed,and according to the association rules of high-frequency drugs,the compatibility rules of drug pairs were obtained.5 kinds of new prescriptions were obtained by Entropy Hierarchical Clustering.Conclusions The prescriptions for infertility included in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions advocate the priority of tonifying kidney,invigorating spleen and nourishing blood,which has certain guiding significance for contemporary syndrome differentiation and treatment.
