基于数据挖掘探讨《临证指南医案》淋浊病用药规律

目的探讨叶天士治疗淋浊病用药规律以供临床参考和借鉴。方法选用《临证指南医案》淋浊篇使用中药,并分别查出其性味归经及功效,运用Excel、Spss 22.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape 3.6.1对数据进行统计分析。结果叶天士治疗淋浊病的常用中药18味,多属清热药和利水渗湿药,性味苦寒甘平,归经多入肾心肝脾胃。根据关联规则分析得到常用药对配伍,如茯苓-地黄、茯苓-萆薢、地黄-牡丹皮、黄柏-知母等。结论数据挖掘结果发现叶氏治疗淋浊病以分利湿热为主,兼以利尿通淋、健脾渗湿、活血祛瘀、滋阴补肾、温中补虚,立法全面,对于当代医家在临床上辨证施治用药有一定的指导意义。

Analysis of the medication rules for gonorrhea and turbid disease in Clinic Guideline of Medical Records based on data mining

Objective To explore the medication rules of Ye Tianshi in the treatment of gonorrhoea and turbid disease(GTD)for clinical reference.Methods The medicines used for GTD in Clinic Guideline of Medical Records,and their medicinal properties,taste,meridian tropism and efficacy were found out respectively.The data was analyzed by Excel,Spss 22.0,Weka 3.8 and Cytoscape 3.6.1.Results There were 18 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in the treatment of GTD.Most of which belonged to antipyretic drugs and diuresis and dampness drugs,bitter and cold,benefiting the kidney,heart,liver,spleen and stomach.According to the analysis of association rules,the compatibility rules of drug pairs were obtained,such as Poria cocos-rehmannia,Poria cocos-razor and so on.Conclusions Data mining results show that Ye′s treatment of GTD mainly focus on diuresis and drenching,invigorating spleen and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,nourishing yin and kidney,warming and tonifying deficiency,which has a certain guiding significance for contemporary syndrome differentiation and treatment.
