乳腺癌患者保乳手术后配偶疲乏感现状及相关因素分析

目的研究乳腺癌患者保乳手术后配偶疲乏感的现状及相关影响因素分析。方法选取2014年5月至2017年12月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院诊治的207例乳腺癌行保乳手术患者的配偶作为研究对象。应用基本资料调查表和疲劳量表-14(FS-14)等对乳腺癌患者保乳手术后配偶的疲乏状况进行评估,采用单因素分析和多因素分析探讨乳腺癌患者保乳手术后配偶疲乏感的影响因素,有效问卷200份(96.62%)。结果200例受试者中,疲乏得分为(8.48±2.01)分,其中躯体疲劳得分为(5.13±1.18)分,脑力疲劳得分为(3.35±1.05)分。总分小于8分者51例,占比25.50%;总分不小于8分者149例,占比74.50%;乳腺癌患者配偶在在年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、费用支付方式、照顾时间及生活突发事件等差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在慢性疾病、户籍及有无未成年子女等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Logistic回归分析表明家庭人均月收入(OR=2.054,95%CI:0.517~12.131)、费用支付方式(OR=4.096,95%CI:1.242~13.513)及照顾时间(OR=1.379,95%CI:1.005~1.890)等3项指标具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者保乳手术后配偶疲乏感与家庭人均月收入、费用支付方式及照顾时间有关。

Analysis of the status of spouse fatigue and related factors in breast cancer patients after breast conserving surgery

Objective To investigate the current situation of spouse fatigue and related influencing factors in breast cancer patients after breast conserving surgery.Methods A total of 207 spouses were enrolled in breast-conserving surgery in the First Teaching Hospital Affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2014 to December 2017.The basic data questionnaire and fatigue scale-14(FS-14)were used to analyze the spouses after breast-conserving surgery and 200 valid questionnaires returned.Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used to investigate the influencing factors of spouse fatigue.Results In the 200 subjects,the score of fatigue was(8.48±2.01),of which the score of physical fatigue was(5.13±1.18)and the score of mental fatigue was(3.35±1.05).There were 51 cases with scores less than 8,accounting for 25.50%.There were statistically significant differences in age,educational level,family average monthly income,payment method,care time and life emergencies in spouses of breast cancer patients(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in chronic diseases,household registration and minor children(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that family average monthly income(OR=2.054,95%CI 0.517~12.131),payment method(OR=4.096,95%CI 1.242~13.513)and care time(OR=1.379,95%CI 1.005~1.890)were risk factors for fatigue,all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Spouse fatigue after breast-conserving surgery in breast cancer patients is related to family average monthly income,payment method and care time.
