安神定惊汤联合曲唑酮治疗阳痿的疗效观察

目的观察安神定惊汤联合曲唑酮治疗阳痿的疗效,为阳痿从神志论治提供依据。方法选取2018年3月至2018年8月深圳市中医院男科诊治的50名符合心因性勃起功能障碍诊断标准以及中医辨证为"心神不宁证"和"心胆气虚证"的ED患者作为为研究对象。随机分为实验组(n=28)和对照组(n=22),实验组采用安神定惊汤口服,并且服用盐酸曲唑酮;对照组单独服用盐酸曲唑酮。疗程4周。根据国际标准勃起功能指数观察表(IIEF-5)和综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD),观察治疗前后患者勃起功能和心理的变化。结果实验组治疗后患者的勃起能力及性生活满意度较之前有显著的改善,焦虑、抑郁程度较治疗前有所降低,与对照组比较疗效更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安神定惊汤联合曲唑酮能有效改善心因性ED患者勃起能力,并减轻患者的焦虑抑郁状态。疏导心理,调畅情志是治疗阳痿的有效方法。

Clinical study of Anshen Dingjing decoction combined with trazodone in the treatment of erectile dysfunction

Objective To observe the efficacy of Anshen Dingjing decoction combined with trazodone in the treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED),in order to provide basis for treating ED.Methods 50 patients diagnosed as ED combined with"uneasiness"and"phobia"in the Department of Andrology of our hospital from March 2018 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the study group(n=28)and the control group(n=22).The study group was given Anshen Dingjing decoction combined with trazodone and only trazodone was given in the control group,both for 4 weeks.International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF-5)and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD)was used to observe the changes in erectile function and psychology of patients between before and 4 weeks after the treatment.Results The erectile function and satisfaction on sexual life were improved and the anxiety and depression was decreased in the study group after treatment,and the curative effect was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Anshen Dingjing decoction combined with trazodone is effective for the treatment of ED,reducing the anxiety and depression of patients.
