澳粉作业工人血清超氧化物歧化酶活性变化的研究

摘    要:为揭示粉尘作业工人血清超氧化物歧化酶活性的变化规律及其影响因素,对某市码头澳粉作业工人血清SOD活性进行规定,结果显示:该作业工人SOD活性显著升高,且高浓度接尘组显著高于低浓度组;肺纹理增加组显著高于肺纹理正常组;吸烟、饮酒的工人亦明显上升,且接尘与吸烟、饮酒三者存在协同作用关系.

Abstract:The activity of serum Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) of the workers exposed to AustralianMine Dust was measured to show the change of SOD activity and factors affecting on it. Theresult indicated that activity of SOD increased significantly and which was higher for theworker group exposed to high concentration dust than that of low. The activity level of SODwas remarkablly higher for the abnormal lung vein group than the normal group. The activi-ty of SOD of the group with habit of smoking and drinking increased significantly. It wasfound that dust exposure,smoking and drinking affected the activity of SOD coordinately.
