| 摘 要： | 探讨E-选择素（E-SLT）、过氧化脂质（LPO）在老年肺炎中的作用及中药干预对E-SLT、LPO的影响。收集老年肺炎120例，随机分为中西医结合治疗组和西医治疗组，2组均根据PORT评分系统再分为Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ3组。结果：中西医结合治疗组和西医治疗组E—SLT、LPO治疗前后比较差异非常显著（P〈0．01）；中西医结合治疗组较西药治疗组临床指标恢复较快，比较有差异。结论：血浆E-SLT、LPO是反映感染性疾病的良好指标。且与病情严重程度存在明显相关性，中西医结合治疗较西医治疗E-SLT、LPO恢复时间短，且明显改善肺炎的病理过程。减轻症状。提高疗效，缩短疗程。

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of Chinese drugs on E-selectin(E-SLT) andlipidoxidase(LPO) in senilepneumonia.120 cases were divided randomlyinto treatment group with TCM-WMtherapy and control groupwith WMtherapy,and all cases were gradedinto III ,IV,and Vaccordingto PORTevaluation system.Theresults showed that there was a significant difference between two groups in E-SLTand LPObefore and aftertreatment (P<0 .001) .The clinical indexesintreatment grouprecover quicklythancontrol group.Conclude :E-SLTand LPOare goodindexes of reflecting infections ,there is obvious relationship between themand thedegree of disease . The TCM-WMtherapy can i mprove the pathological process ,raise curative effect , andshorten treating course of pneumonia . |
