医护人员心肺复苏术应用现状调查与分析

目的评估医护人员心肺复苏术（cardiopulmonary resuscitation，CPR）的掌握情况，并分析影响心肺复苏术成功率的因素。方法对山东大学附属省立医院203名医护人员分组，使用复苏型安妮模型进行CPR培训、测试，在不同时段进行测试并分析测试结果。结果参加培训人员的性别、施救者姿势、抢救时段对测试结果的影响无显著差异。施救者在2分钟、4分钟抢救时的胸外心脏按压成功率有屁著差异。培训后间隔3个月、6个月后对这些医护人员进行CPR测试，结果显示成绩无显著差异；间隔9个月、12个月后对这些医护人员进行CPR测试，结果显示成绩明显下降。结论CPR在我院医护人员中的掌握情况不尽人意，需定期培训，时间以间隔6个月最佳。施救者资历和疲劳因素均影响培训效果。

Investigation and analysis to the cardiopulmonary resuscitation status of staff in hospital

Objective To investigate the current status of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)of staff in our hospital and to analysis factors affecting CPR skills.Methods 203 doctors and nurses were included in the study,who were divided into 3 groups.They took part in the CPR skills test on various time and different postures.Results were analyzed.Results The CPR skills of the participants were not influenced by sex,postures or testing time(day or night).The difference of mean mtes of correct chest compression at 2 and 4 minutes was significant.There was no obvious difference in the results after 3 months and 6 months.and the results were difierent distinctly after 9 months and 12 months.Conclusions The CPR skill of participants was poor.The staff in hospital should undergo regular,periodic CPR training.The interval time should be 6 months,qualification and experience and fatigue of the staff had clear influence to the results of CPR.
