单克隆抗体MGd_1、MG_7对胃癌和相关病变中相应抗原的表达

以 ABC 法研究胃癌和相关病变中,胃癌单克隆抗体相应抗原的特征和分布。MGd_1抗原在胃癌阳性率最高,早期胃癌阳性率为80%,进展期胃癌为90%;而胃癌相关病变阳性率较低,癌旁胃粘膜阳性率为45%,胃溃疡边缘异型增生为20%。MG_7抗原在非癌组织中阳性率最低,对胃癌特异性高。MGd_1和 MG_7联合使用,进展期胃癌阳性率达95%,正常粘膜均为阴性。提示单克隆抗体检查对胃癌的诊断和“高危”癌前状态的确定有所帮助。

Expression of Tumoral Associated Antigens Difined by Monoclonal Antibodies MGd_1 and MG_7 Against Gastric Carcinoma in Stomach Cancer and Its Associated Lesions

This is a report on characterization and distribution of MGd_1 and MG_7 antigens difined bymonoclonal antibodies with ABC method in gastric cancer and noncancerous tussues.The antigen toMGd_1 had a higher positivity rate in gastric cancer,which was 80% in early gastric cancer,90% inadvanced.But it was lower in tumoral associated lesion:45% in epithelia to adjacent to cancer,20%in dysplasia lateral to gastric ulcers.The antigen to MG_7 had higher specificity to gastric cancer,because its staining activity was less than that of MGd_1 in noncancerous tussues.The MGd_1 andMG_7 did not react with normal tussues.Their antigens combined positivity rate was 95% in advancedgastric cancer.We conclude that tumoral associated antigen of monoclonal antibody is a useful markerfor diagnosis of gastric cancer and detection of"real"precancerous condition.
