孕激素受体与增殖细胞核抗原在人原发性脑肿瘤中的表达

摘    要:目的检测孕激素受体(progesterone receptor, PR)及增殖细胞核抗原(proliterating cell nuclear antigen, PCNA)在人原发性脑肿瘤中的表达情况,探讨PR及PCNA与脑肿瘤增殖活性之间的关系及其在脑肿瘤临床治疗方面的意义.方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测PR及PCNA在90例原发性脑肿瘤中的表达.结果星形细胞瘤、室管膜瘤、髓母细胞瘤肿瘤细胞中PR表达的阳性率分别为57.89%、50%、58.33%,PCNA阳性率分别为65.79%、92.86%、66.67%,星形细胞瘤中PR表达与PCNA表达、PR表达与肿瘤分级以及PCNA表达与肿瘤分级之间相关性有统计意义(P《0.05).结论星形细胞瘤、室管膜瘤和髓母细胞瘤中有相当数量PR存在,推测PR可能部分参与了星形细胞瘤的恶性生长,对于PR阳性的星形细胞瘤患者手术后选择PR拮抗剂治疗可能有效.

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the expressions of PR,PCNA and primary brain tumor proliferative activity and its significance in clinical therapy for brain tumor.Methods Immunohistochemical staining(S-P method) was used to detect the expressions of PR and PCNA in 90 various brain tumor tissues(astrocytoma, ependymoma and medulloblastoma).Results The positive rate of PR expression in astrocytoma,ependymoma,and medulloblastoma was 57.89%,50% and 58.33%,respectively.The positive rate of PCNA expression in astrocytoma,ependynoma,and medulloblastoma was 65.79%,92.86% and 66.67% respectively.Significant relationship was found between PR and PCNA,PR and histological grade of astrocytoma,PCNA and histological grade of astrocytoma(P<0.05).Conclusion A considerable number of PR-positive tumor cells exist in astrocytoma,ependynoma and medulloblastoma,indicating PR may partly participate in the malignant growth of astrocytoma.PR antagonist may be effective in postoperative treatment of PR-positive astrocytoma.
