| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨降糖素(黄芪复方制剂)对实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用。观察方法:于Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠胃饲降糖素3周,观察血糖、胰岛素含量变化。结果:降糖素能明显降低实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的高血糖,增加血清胰岛素的含量。结论:提示降糖素能改善糖尿病症状,对治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病有一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To study the effect of Jiangtangsu on decreasing blood glucose in experiment NIDDM rats. Methods: We observed the blood glucose and the content of insulin Jiangtangsu was poured into the stomaches of NIDDM rats for 3 weeks, and the blood glucose and the content of insulin were observed. Results: Jiangtangsu significantly decreased the hyperglycemia, and increased serum concentration of insulin in the NIDDM rats. Conclusion: It is indicated Jiangtangsu can improve the symptom of the NIDDM rats, and has high value in the treatment of NIDDM. |
