兔眼飞弹伤模型的建立及临床与组织病理学验证

摘    要:目的 建立接近临床致伤原理,既有直接性机械致伤又有压力波致伤的眼球飞弹伤实验模型.方法 采用气钉枪将射钉打人兔眼建立眼球飞弹伤模型,观察不同始动气压下的眼部伤情及玻璃体视网膜自然病程转归和病理学改变.结果 不同始动气压致伤时,眼部伤情随着气压的增加而加重.始动气压为6kg/cm2时,可以建立临床上常见的飞弹伤即球内异物伤合并视网膜损伤模型,伤眼的自然病理过程与临床相似.结论 利用气钉枪建立兔眼飞弹伤模型的方法,简单易行,始动气压可以量化,眼球损伤程度和部位可以控制,损伤情况与临床相似.

Abstract:Objective To look for a simple and practical method to make an animal model of ocular injury caused by projectiles in rabbits' eyes.Methods Eye injury model was established by nail gun,and different air pressures leading to varied traumatic condition were compared respectively.Results The clinical manifestations of the injured eyes got worse with the increase of the damaging air pressure.When the air pressure was 6kg/cm2,the projectile wound model could be produced.The histopathologic changes of the model w...
