| 摘 要： | 通过对陕西省镇安县以及其他实行单病种定额付费的县所选择的单病种进行平均费用和顺位分析,发现取疾病顺位前10￣15位的疾病作为单病种就可以取得较好的控制费用效果,为了便于操作可以考虑增加手术病种比例。研究还发现,当地管理者所推崇的按照“病情简单、费用稳定”的原则来确定病种并不可行。 |

| Abstract: | The method of choosing the first 10-15 places at the diseases list to be the single-disease is turned out to be good and operative for controling the medical expenditure through the analysis on the expenditure and disease rank of the single-diseases in Zhen'an. Beside this,it is more easy to operate that some more surgery diseases can be chosen. However,it is not feasible to choose single-diseases according to steady diseases expenditure believed by local managers. |
