直肠癌根治术患者医院感染的围手术期护理对策

目的探讨直肠癌根治术患者医院感染的围手术期护理对策。方法采用回顾性调查方法 ,对医院2006~2008年接受直肠癌根治术(RCS)患者相关资料进行综合分析。结果 3年间,113例接受RCS患者中有11例发生感染,总感染率9.7%;患者患有糖尿病、痔疮等基础性疾病,较长的手术时间和引流管留置时间,是引起术后感染的主要危险因素;癌症不同的临床病理分期、遗传、年龄等因素与术后感染与否关系不大。结论充分的术前准备,确保手术室空气质量和合适的温、湿度,严格无菌操作,尽量缩短手术时间,以及加强术后对切口和引流管的巡视,是减少医院感染的有效措施。

Nursing Measurement for Hospital Infections During Perioperative Period after Rectal Cancer Surgery

OBJECTIVE To study the nursing measurement for hospital infections during perioperative period after rectal cancer surgery (RCS).METHODS A retrospective method was taken to investigate the data of patients who received RCS from 2006 to 2008.RESULTS There were 113 patients received RCS in the 3 years and 11 of them infected.The total infection rate was 9.7%.The study showed that the main risk factors which caused infection after surgery were the underlying diseases such as diabetes mellitus and hemorrhoids and also the long time of operation or drainage tube indwelling.The different pathological stages of cancer,heredity or age had not a direct connection with infection after surgery.CONCLUSIONS We have some effective measures to reduce hospital infection,such as preparing well before surgery,keeping the air in operating room qualified and appropriate temperature and humidity,aseptic operation,reducing surgery time and paying more attention to incision and drainage tube.
