摘    要:【目的】 为了掌握北京市海淀区幼儿园3~6岁儿童血压的现状以及影响血压的相关因素,对血压偏高的儿童早期实施有效的干预措施提供依据。【方法】 对10所幼儿园中的2073名3~6岁儿童进行相关情况的问卷调查和血压的测量并进行有关的特殊检查,用Logistc回归模型进行统计分析。【结果】 血压偏高率为5.7%;高血压发生率2.5%,体重超重、性格内向、家族遗传、居住环境的拥挤等为主要的影响因素。男女性别间差异显著。【结论】 加强卫生保健知识的宣传教育,改变不良的生活习惯,采取措施有效控制体重,减少肥胖儿的发生,建立完善的儿童血压监测制度。

Abstract:To take an early effective intervention on child hypertension (CH), decrease the rate of hypertension, the study on the statue and risk factors of CH aged 3 to 6 year old were carried out at Haidian district. Questionnaire and blood pressure measurement were taken to 2 073 pre school children and Logistic regression model were used to analyze the risk factors. CH rate was 5.7%, and the rate of blood pressure more than 95 percentile was 2.5%. The blood pressure was co ralated with overweight, family bad habits and non scientific diet. The rate of hypertension had difference between boys and girls( P <0.01). [Conclusions] To decrease the rate of hypertension, we should strengthen the propaganda and education of health knowledge, improve life environment, standardize health care education work in the kindergarten, and build the CH supervisor system.
