摘    要:目的探讨咖啡酸苯乙酯(caffeic acid phenethyl ester,CAPE)在人神经胶质瘤凋亡中的作用。方法建立人神经胶质瘤细胞株模型,观察CAPE在体外神经胶质瘤凋亡的影响。运用流式细胞术检测CAPE对胶质瘤细胞株U251的作用。结果通过对细胞株模型的观察,发现CAPE可以促进神经胶质瘤细胞株的凋亡。结论 CAPE可以促进神经胶质瘤细胞株U251的凋亡,可能对神经胶质瘤的生长有抑制作用。

Apoptosis effects of caffeic acid phenethyl ester in neuroglioma cell line U251

Abstract:Objective The apoptosis effect of caffeic acid phenethyl ester(CAPE) in neuroglioma cell U251 was investigated in this article.Method Neuroglioma cell U251 model was constructed for observation and the tumor was treated by CAPE in vitro.The flow cytometry was detected the U251 cells treated by CAPE.Results CAPE could inhibit the growth of neuroglioma in neuroglioma through CAPE affected.Conclusion The apoptosis level of neuroglioma cell U251 were up-regulated after CAPE treatment.
