健康教育对精神疾病患者亲属疾病知识和态度的影响

目的 探讨健康教育对精神疾病患者亲属疾病知识的认知和态度的影响。 方法 采用问卷调查方法对343例精神病患者亲属进行调查,从5个因子比较参与健康教育(健康教育组)的患者亲属和未参加健康教育(未参加健康教育组)的患者亲属对疾病知识的认知和态度的差异。 结果 2组性别、教育年限、出生地、居住地、与患者的交往态度、迷信程度及对患者的危险态度方面比较有统计学差异,而在对精神疾病生物学知识的认知及对治疗的认识方面比较无统计学差异。 结论 开展精神卫生健康教育能改善患者亲属与精神疾病患者交往的态度,消除患者亲属对疾病的误解与无知,以积极乐观的心态面对患者。

Effects of health education on illness knowledge of relatives of patients with mental disease and their attitude to patients

Objective To study the effects of health education on illness knowledge of relatives of patients with mental disease and their attitude to patients. Methods Totally 343 relatives of patients were investigated with questionnaire in our hospital. The differences of the awareness and attitudes of the mental illness knowledge were compared between the two groups divided by the relatives who did or didn't get health education. Results There were statistically significant in gender, age, birth place, place of residence, the attitudes of association with mental patients, the degree of superstition and the risk attitudes of patients between two groups, but there weren't statistical significant in the cognition of biological knowledge and treatment of mental illness. Conclusion Mental health education can improve the attitudes of association with mental patients, eliminate the misunderstanding and ignorance of the mental disease. So the relatives have positive and optimistic attitudes to face the patients.
