模糊信息熵在员工满意度综合评判决策中的应用

摘    要:鉴于隶属度理论中各指标的不确定性和模糊性,文章引入了将熵值理论与模糊评价模型相结合的基于信息熵的模糊综合评判决策方法,并将其应用于员工满意度综合评判决策中.用信息熵所反映数据本身的效用值来计算指标的权重系数,有效地避免了权重分配困难的问题.该方法不但结构严谨,而且可信度较高,能有效提高模糊综合评价方法的有效性与实用性.

Abstract:In this paper we introduced a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on imformation entropy and we applied this method to the comprehensive evaluation of employee satisfaction degree. The avail value of data to calculate the weight coefficient of index reftected by the information entropy, effectively avoided the problem of weight allocation. This method had a strict structure and high reliability. It also could effectively improve the validity and practicability of the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. So it had immense application foreground.
