中国居民收入差距的评价与对策

针对中国居民的收入,对近年来收入数据进行排序编号、求均值、方差处理,使用分组对比、作图比较等方法,分别建立了居民收入基尼系数、城乡收入水平、均值加权修正等模型,使用Matlab软件编程,得到关于中国居民收入问题的收入差距状况、已达到小康水平的省市和自治区、新人均收入计算公式和各年收入数据规律的结果。

The Evaluation and Countermeasures of the Income Gap between Chinese Residents

Aiming at the problem of Chinese residents＇ income,the data of income in recent years was sort-numbered,averaged and got variance. Household income Gini Coefficient model,the model of urban and rural income levels,the average weighted correction model and other models were established by using grouping drawing methods such as comparison and contrast respectively. Matlab software programming methods of calculation was used to get solutions to the problem of income gap of residents＇ income in China,to provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions having a well-off standard,to the establishment of the new formula of per capita income,and to the regular of income data.
