摘    要:目的:提高实习护生上岗后的理论、实际操作能力和病人满意度及健康教育实施率。方法:对我院2001~2005年毕业的200名实习护生随机分为岗前培训组和未实施岗前培训组,对其理论及实践技能考核成绩、病历书写合格率、健康教育组实施率及病人满意度进行比较分析。结果:岗前培训组和未实施岗前培训组的理论考试成绩无明显差异,实践技能考核成绩、病历书写合格率、健康教育组实施率有显著差异。结论:对实习护生实施岗前培训是非常必要的。

Abstract:Objective: To improve the probation nurse's theory level, practice ability, patient satisfaction degree to them and health education implementation rate after going on duty. Methods: Dividing the 200 probation nurses who graduated from 2001 to 2005 randomly into two groups: pre-post training group and non-pre-post training. After they went on duty, the two groups' theory and practice ability were tested as well as their nursing document writing qualified rate, health education implementation rate, and patient satisfaction degree were compared. Results: There was no significant difference of theory test outcomes between the two groups. But the outcomes of practice ability test, the qualified rate of nursing document writing, and the implementation rate of health education were significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion: It is necessary to probation nurses give pre-post training .
